01 課題組簡(jiǎn)介

張?jiān)u滸，揚(yáng)州大學(xué)教授，博導(dǎo)，揚(yáng)州大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院抗病毒與抗炎免疫藥理學(xué)科研團(tuán)隊(duì)PI，江蘇省藥理學(xué)會(huì)理事兼抗炎免疫藥理專(zhuān)委會(huì)副主任委員，2012年入選教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才”計(jì)劃，2藥篩選重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作，2012-2013年獲得江蘇省高校優(yōu)秀中青年教師和校長(zhǎng)境外研修計(jì)劃資助在美國(guó)乙肝基金會(huì)Drexel University醫(yī)學(xué)院乙肝病毒研究所從事抗乙肝病毒藥物的開(kāi)發(fā)與研究工作。作為主持和參與承擔(dān)國(guó)家十三五重大科技新藥創(chuàng)制專(zhuān)項(xiàng)、國(guó)家“十一五”重大新藥創(chuàng)制專(zhuān)項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、國(guó)自然科學(xué)青年基金項(xiàng)目、教育部回國(guó)留學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、江蘇省自然科學(xué)基金、江蘇省中醫(yī)藥科技發(fā)展基金、青海省重大科技專(zhuān)項(xiàng)等國(guó)家級(jí)及省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng)；各類(lèi)橫向課題60余項(xiàng)，獲得國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利4項(xiàng)，近年來(lái)以第一作者或通訊作者在《Autophagy》、《Pharmacological Research》、《Emerging Microbes & Infections》、《Cancer Letters》、《Antiviral Research》、《Journal of Ethnopharmacology》等國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)刊物上相繼發(fā)表論文60余篇。目前主要聚焦于抗病毒新靶標(biāo)發(fā)現(xiàn)及創(chuàng)新藥物開(kāi)發(fā)、抗腫瘤新型自噬誘導(dǎo)劑篩選與結(jié)構(gòu)修飾、基于藥效導(dǎo)向的創(chuàng)新中藥復(fù)方開(kāi)發(fā)?，F(xiàn)因工作需要，招聘博士后2-3名。

02 研究方向

1．基于病毒與宿主互作機(jī)制探究廣譜抗病毒新靶標(biāo)研究；

2.以藥效為導(dǎo)向的創(chuàng)新中藥復(fù)方制劑開(kāi)發(fā)研究；

3.廣譜抗病毒小分子結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化與靶標(biāo)確證研究；

4.新型自噬誘導(dǎo)劑的篩選及結(jié)構(gòu)修飾研究

03 應(yīng)聘條件

1.年齡在35周歲以下，博士畢業(yè)不超過(guò)2年；

2.國(guó)內(nèi)外知名高?；蜓芯吭核@得藥學(xué)、中藥學(xué)、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)、病原生物學(xué)、動(dòng)物醫(yī)學(xué)及免疫學(xué)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)博士學(xué)位；

3.博士期間在相關(guān)或相近研究領(lǐng)域取得一定研究成果；

4.具備嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目茖W(xué)態(tài)度和良好的學(xué)術(shù)道德，有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作和吃苦耐勞精神，能獨(dú)立開(kāi)展相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)研究；

5.具有較強(qiáng)的英文閱讀、寫(xiě)作和口頭交流能力。

04 工資待遇

1.在站2-3年，薪酬25萬(wàn)起，同時(shí)享受學(xué)校和學(xué)院的科研成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)；享受揚(yáng)州大學(xué)博士后相應(yīng)的薪資福利待遇和相關(guān)政策支持；享受課題組不低于20萬(wàn)元的科研啟動(dòng)基金。

2.在站期間享受揚(yáng)州市政府配套的“揚(yáng)州金鳳”人才引進(jìn)工程相關(guān)待遇與購(gòu)房補(bǔ)貼；可申請(qǐng)博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計(jì)劃（國(guó)家給予每人兩年合計(jì)不少于60萬(wàn)元的資助）、博士后國(guó)際交流計(jì)劃、海外博士后人才支持項(xiàng)目等博士后專(zhuān)項(xiàng)；可申報(bào)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金、江蘇省卓越博士后人才計(jì)劃等基金項(xiàng)目。

01 Research Group Introduction
Prof.Zhang Pinghu, a professor and doctoral supervisor at Yangzhou University, serves as the Principal Investigator (PI) of the Antiviral and Anti-inflammatory Immunopharmacology Research Team at the College of Medicine, Yangzhou University.He is also a Council Member of the Jiangsu Pharmacological Society and Deputy Director of the Anti-inflammatory Immunopharmacology Committee.In 2012, he was selected for the Ministry of Education’s "New Century Excellent Talents Program," and in 2016, he was included in the "Qinghai Thousand Talents Plan for High-End Innovation." From 2006 to 2017, he worked at the National Drug Screening Center of China Pharmaceutical University and the Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory of Drug Screening.From 2012 to 2013, he received funding from the Jiangsu Overseas Research Program for Outstanding Young and Middle-aged University Teachers and Presidents to conduct research on anti-hepatitis B virus drug development at the Hepatitis B Foundation and Drexel University College of Medicine in the United States.

He has led or participated in more than 10 national and provincial-level research projects, including the National 13th Five-Year Major New Drug Development Program, National 11th Five-Year Major New Drug Development Program, National Natural Science Foundation, Ministry of Education Returnee Startup Fund, Jiangsu Natural Science Foundation, Jiangsu Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Development Fund, and Qinghai Major Science and Technology Projects.He has also undertaken over 60 industry collaboration projects, obtained 4 national invention patents, and published more than 60 papers as first or corresponding author in international journals such as Autophagy, Pharmacological Research, Emerging Microbes & Infections, Cancer Letters, Antiviral Research, and Journal of Ethnopharmacology.

Current research:

· Discovery of novel antiviral targets and innovative drug development.

· Screening and structural modification of novel autophagy inducers for anti-tumor therapy.

· Efficacy-driven development of innovative traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulations.

02 Application Requirements

1.Age under 35 and within two years of obtaining a doctoral degree.

2.Ph.D.in pharmacy, TCM, basic medicine, pathogenic biology, veterinary medicine, immunology, or related fields from a reputable university or research institution.

3.Demonstrated research achievements in relevant fields during doctoral studies.

4.Strong scientific integrity, teamwork spirit, perseverance, and ability to conduct independent research.

5.Proficiency in English reading, writing, and communication.

03 Salary and Benefits

1.Annual salary starting from 250,000 CNY (with additional university/institute performance bonuses).Postdoctoral fellows will receive full benefits per Yangzhou University policies and a 200,000+ CNY research startup fund from PI group.

2.Eligibility for Yangzhou’s "Golden Phoenix" Talent Program benefits (including housing subsidies), national/international postdoctoral grants (e.g., Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program: 600,000 CNY over two years), and opportunities to apply for national/provincial grants (e.g., NSFC, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation).

3.Outstanding performers after leaving the station can apply for in-school employment as regular staff members on a priority basis and be directly promoted to associate senior positions through a green channel.
