學(xué)院介紹
學(xué)院設(shè)有5個(gè)本科專業(yè)，2個(gè)一級(jí)學(xué)科博士點(diǎn)（材料科學(xué)與工程、光學(xué)工程）、1個(gè)自設(shè)交叉學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)博士點(diǎn)（健康工程）、3個(gè)專業(yè)學(xué)位博士點(diǎn)（材料與化工、電子信息、生物與醫(yī)藥），5個(gè)碩士點(diǎn)（學(xué)術(shù)型碩士：材料科學(xué)與工程、光學(xué)工程、健康工程，專業(yè)型碩士：電子信息、材料與化工），建有多個(gè)科教平臺(tái)：江蘇省功能材料設(shè)計(jì)原理與應(yīng)用技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、智能光傳感與調(diào)控教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室（B類）、江蘇省光通信工程研究中心、激光與光子工程技術(shù)研究中心、微波光子技術(shù)研究中心、儲(chǔ)能材料與技術(shù)中心、環(huán)境材料與再生能源研究中心、南京大學(xué)加速器中心等；此外，學(xué)院也是固體微結(jié)構(gòu)物理國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、人工微結(jié)構(gòu)科學(xué)與技術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心的主要參加單位。學(xué)院在南京、蘇州、上海等地還建有若干新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)與成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)。
2015年，學(xué)院入選國(guó)家科技部支持的“高校國(guó)際化示范學(xué)院推進(jìn)計(jì)劃”試點(diǎn)單位，充分開(kāi)展國(guó)際化辦學(xué)；2017年，材料科學(xué)與工程入選國(guó)家一流學(xué)科建設(shè)名單。學(xué)院擁有一支高水平的教師隊(duì)伍，總體規(guī)模109人，其中國(guó)家級(jí)領(lǐng)軍人才20人、四青人才逾50人。學(xué)院與美國(guó)伊利諾伊大學(xué)香檳分校、加州大學(xué)爾灣分校、法國(guó)巴黎高科等建立了合作伙伴關(guān)系，主持和參與多項(xiàng)國(guó)際合作項(xiàng)目，具有較大的國(guó)際影響力。
一、招聘崗位設(shè)置
南京大學(xué)現(xiàn)代工程與應(yīng)用科學(xué)學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事材料科學(xué)與工程、光學(xué)工程領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘準(zhǔn)聘助理教授崗位，招聘總?cè)藬?shù)不超過(guò)3人，研究方向包括：
（1）功能氧化物薄膜與器件
聚焦功能氧化物薄膜新材料的新穎物性及其潛在器件應(yīng)用，發(fā)展原子尺度精確可控的氧化物外延薄膜生長(zhǎng)、剝離和精準(zhǔn)轉(zhuǎn)移技術(shù)，制備高質(zhì)量氧化物人工微結(jié)構(gòu)，研究應(yīng)變（梯度）、維度及界面等因素對(duì)其物性及關(guān)聯(lián)量子態(tài)的調(diào)控，并揭示其物態(tài)調(diào)控新規(guī)律，致力于低功耗、高密度信息存儲(chǔ)和傳感等器件應(yīng)用的研究。
（2）基于微納結(jié)構(gòu)的先進(jìn)光電技術(shù)
面向光電信息領(lǐng)域的國(guó)家重大需求，基于微納光學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)探索光場(chǎng)調(diào)控與光子（光電子）集成的新效應(yīng)、新原理、新工藝，發(fā)展新型集成光電子器件與技術(shù)，并應(yīng)用于通信與計(jì)算、成像與顯示、傳感與檢測(cè)等領(lǐng)域。
（3）高效能源存儲(chǔ)材料與技術(shù)
針對(duì)儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)在能量密度、壽命、安全性等方面的瓶頸，以關(guān)鍵電極催化和轉(zhuǎn)換材料的設(shè)計(jì)和創(chuàng)制為切入點(diǎn)，致力于新型高比能量蓄電技術(shù)的新原理、新工藝和新器件方面的突破，研究與開(kāi)發(fā)面向高能動(dòng)力電池、規(guī)模化蓄電、氫能存儲(chǔ)等的新能源材料，并發(fā)展相關(guān)應(yīng)用技術(shù)。

5、突出的科研成果顯示度與未來(lái)科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對(duì)相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點(diǎn)，未來(lái)研究計(jì)劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力；

Tenure-track Faculty Positions in the
I. The College of Engineering and Applied Sciences (CEAS)
Since its founding in 2009, the
In 2017, materials science and engineering in
CEAS was listed as the national first-class discipline. After faculty
recruitment and infrastructure expansion, CEAS is poised for significant growth
and a rise to a higher standard of excellence. The college won the first prize
of the National Natural Science Award once and the second prize three times. It
is also a nationwide exemplary college, where internationalization is being
implemented in every facet (education, research, administration, faculty
recruiting/assessment, and infrastructure), and involves virtually every member
of the college (administrators, faculty, staff and students). The college has
established several new R&D institutions and achievement transformation
platforms in
At present, CEAS faculty is composed of 109 professors/associate/assistant professors. Over the recent years, near 50 junior faculty members (including 3 non-Chinese nationals) have been recruited from world-renowned universities or institutions, primarily through national talents recruiting programs.
II. Positions
CEAS is seeking applicants for tenure-track assistant professors (up to 3 vacancies in total). Specific fields of research open for recruitment are:

III. Qualifications
The applicant should
1. abide by the laws and regulations of the
People's Republic of
2. abide by academic ethics, uphold academic integrity, have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;
3. havea first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in related disciplines, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s); In principle, the applicant for Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving his/her doctoral degree;
4. have outstanding teaching abilities: the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;
5. demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development;
6. be in good health.
