Basic Recruitment Requirements and Conditions - Applicants must comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, be in good health, and have no criminal record. - Foreign teachers involved in language teaching should, in principle, teach their native language and possess at least a bachelor’s degree or higher from a university in their home country. They should also have a minimum of two years of teaching experience, or possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in education, language, or teaching disciplines, or hold a teaching qualification from their home country, or a recognized international language TEFL certificate. - Foreign teachers engaged in non-language professional courses must hold a master’s degree or higher and have relevant professional and industry backgrounds and work experience. (Note: Professionals whose native language is not English must provide a relevant language teaching certificate.) - Applicants should be under the age of 60, but age restrictions may be relaxed for candidates who meet Class A talent requirements. - If the applicant has previously taught in China, their work experience must meet the following conditions: Compliance with the management of the original institution during their employment；No malicious resignation history. - Applicants must not have personality defects, bad habits, or illnesses that would be unsuitable for teaching.
Specific Conditions and Requirements for Applicants Native German speakers with a bachelor’s degree or higher in literature, education, linguistics, or relevant work experience.
