Xinxiang Medical University, located in Xinxiang City, is the only independent undergraduate university of modern medicine in Henan Province. It is one of the 100 universities supported by the National Basic Ability Construction Project of Western and Central China. We have 1 National-Local Joint Engineering laboratory, 4 Provincial Key Laboratories, 15 Provincial International Joint Laboratories, 22 discipline platforms such as provincial collaborative innovation centers and research centers, 2 post-doctoral scientific research workstations, 1 post-doctoral innovation practice base, and 2 academician workstations. It is also supported by the Program of Introducing Talents of Discipline to Universities (National “111 Plan”).

In order to accelerate the construction project of a high-level medical university with distinctive characteristics, and to attract and gather academic elites who are committed to patriotism and with political integrity, academic capability and international influence, we are now sincerely inviting experts and scholars engaged in medicine related disciplines from all over the world to join us. The specific recruitment announcement is as follows:

一、崗位設(shè)置

圍繞學(xué)校發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略需求，結(jié)合學(xué)?，F(xiàn)有學(xué)科、平臺(tái)、團(tuán)隊(duì)等實(shí)際情況，計(jì)劃在10個(gè)學(xué)科（方向）設(shè)立學(xué)科領(lǐng)軍人才崗位，具體如下：

Based on the strategic needs of our development and in accordance with the school’s existing disciplines, research platforms and teams and so on, we planned to set up Academic Leading Talent positions in 10 disciplines (directions) as follows:

二、崗位基本職責(zé)

1.制定學(xué)科發(fā)展和科學(xué)研究規(guī)劃并組織實(shí)施，聘期內(nèi)使主導(dǎo)的學(xué)科研究方向在國(guó)內(nèi)處于領(lǐng)先水平。

2.組織申報(bào)省級(jí)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室或平臺(tái)，申報(bào)國(guó)家級(jí)/省級(jí)基金項(xiàng)目。 

3.加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)，打造高水平創(chuàng)新學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)，建設(shè)一支政治信念牢、科研水平高、創(chuàng)新能力強(qiáng)的科研隊(duì)伍。 

4.積極開展與國(guó)內(nèi)外頂尖大學(xué)或科研機(jī)構(gòu)的合作，建立長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系，顯著提升學(xué)科國(guó)內(nèi)外影響力。

II. Basic Responsibilities of the Position

1. Formulate and implement the plans of discipline development and scientific research. During the employment, the leaded research direction should be at the leading level in China.

2. Organize the application of provincial key laboratories or platforms, and apply for national / provincial fund projects.

3. Focus on team construction, build a high-level innovative discipline team with firm political conviction, high scientific research level and strong innovative ability.

4. Actively carry out cooperation with top universities or scientific research institutions both domestic and abroad, establish long-term and stable cooperative relations, and significantly enhance the influence of the discipline both domestically and abroad.

三、招聘條件

1.遵守中華人民共和國(guó)憲法和法律法規(guī)，學(xué)風(fēng)正派、治學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、為人師表。

2.有較強(qiáng)的組織管理、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作和統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)能力。

3.在本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域科研水平或技術(shù)成果處于國(guó)內(nèi)外領(lǐng)先地位，具有引領(lǐng)性和重要價(jià)值；對(duì)本學(xué)科科研發(fā)展具有創(chuàng)新性和前瞻性構(gòu)想，具備帶領(lǐng)本學(xué)科建設(shè)進(jìn)入國(guó)內(nèi)外前列的優(yōu)秀領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。

4.身心健康，年齡一般不超過50周歲，學(xué)術(shù)業(yè)績(jī)特別突出者，年齡可適當(dāng)放寬。

III. Recruitment Requirement

1. Abide by the constitution, laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China. Have a decent style of study, be rigorous in academic research, and be a model for others.

2. Have strong ability in organizational management, teamwork and overall coordination.

3. The scientific research or academic achievement in the discipline is in a leading position both domestically and abroad; have innovative and forward-looking visions for the scientific development of this discipline, and have excellent leadership to promote the construction of this discipline to the forefront both domestically and abroad.

4. People who are physically and mentally healthy under 50 years old. The age can be appropriately relaxed for people with outstanding academic achievements.

四、聘期及待遇

1.聘期為五年。三年中期考核，五年期滿考核，期滿考核合格可續(xù)聘； 

2.年薪人民幣100萬元起（稅前）；科研運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)費(fèi)500-1000萬；

3.提供充足的辦公實(shí)驗(yàn)室用房，支持整合組建科研團(tuán)隊(duì)，碩士招生指標(biāo)予以政策性傾斜；

4.提供住房一套；解決配偶工作及子女入學(xué)；提供附屬醫(yī)院便捷就醫(yī)條件和新鄉(xiāng)市醫(yī)療保障；

5.對(duì)工作和生活條件有特殊要求的可具體面議。

以上待遇具體落實(shí)根據(jù)聘用情況采取“一人一議”。

同時(shí)，學(xué)校鼓勵(lì)引進(jìn)人才帶領(lǐng)優(yōu)秀創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)到校工作，團(tuán)隊(duì)成員符合相應(yīng)人才層次標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的，給予相應(yīng)的人才待遇。對(duì)引進(jìn)的優(yōu)秀創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)，結(jié)合相關(guān)學(xué)科建設(shè)要求，根據(jù)整體學(xué)術(shù)業(yè)績(jī)、學(xué)術(shù)水平等，給予團(tuán)隊(duì)科研啟動(dòng)金500-1000萬元。

IV. Employment Term and Remuneration

1. The term of employment is five years. Mid-term assessment will be held in three years; expiration assessment will be held in five years. The contract can be renewed for candidates who pass the assessment upon the expiration of the contract.

2. Annual salary ≥1 million (Pre-tax income); The startup funding is RMB 5 to10 million;

3. Provide sufficient office and laboratory space, support the integration and establishment of scientific research teams, and give policy preference in recruiting graduates for master's training;

4. Provide accommodation, jobs for spouse and admission qualifications (middle and primary school) for children; convenient medical conditions in the affiliated hospitals and medical insurance in Xinxiang City are also provided;

5. If there are special requirements for working and living conditions, they can be negotiated face to face.

The specific implementation of the above benefits will be “person-based discussion” according to the employment condition.

At the same time, we encourage the talents to bring in excellent innovation teams to the school. Team members who meet the corresponding talent level standards will be given relevant remuneration. For the excellent innovation team, according to the requirements of relevant discipline construction and their academic performance and academic level, etc., the team will be given a startup funding of RMB 5-10 million for further scientific research.
