一、導(dǎo)師簡介
王敬文：復(fù)旦大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院研究員，主要從事蚊、蜱等蟲媒傳播病原體的機制研究，解析了蟲媒和共生菌群之間的免疫和代謝互作關(guān)系，以及這種關(guān)系對蟲媒生理特性和媒介效能的影響。以第一作者或通訊作者在 Cell Host & Microbe, Nature Microbiology，PNAS，Cell Reports，PLos Pathogens等SCI 刊物發(fā)表論文多篇。獲基金委優(yōu)青、云南聯(lián)合基金重點項目以及美國NIH RO1等資助。兼任中國昆蟲學(xué)會媒介昆蟲與病原互作專委會副主任委員，中國昆蟲學(xué)會微生物組專委會委員，上海市昆蟲學(xué)會理事，上海市微生物學(xué)會基礎(chǔ)微生物專委會副主任委員等。
二、崗位信息
實驗室擬招聘博士后1-2人，科研助理1人。
01、博士后招聘要求：
1，已獲或即將獲得病毒學(xué)，昆蟲行為學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位；
2，有志于科學(xué)研究，具有較強的獨立科研和英文閱讀寫作能力。
3，以第一作者身份發(fā)表過SCI文章；
4，為人誠信，嚴謹踏實，富有較強的獨立工作能力、責(zé)任心和團隊合作精神。
02、崗位待遇：
1，參照復(fù)旦大學(xué)相關(guān)人事政策執(zhí)行，年薪不低于20萬。優(yōu)秀者可依托申請學(xué)校或上海市“超級博士后”以及國家博新計劃，入選后年薪28-40萬。其他待遇參照復(fù)旦大學(xué)相關(guān)標準，包括博士后公寓、戶口和子女入學(xué)等。
2，支持依托復(fù)旦大學(xué)申請博士后科學(xué)基金和國家自然科學(xué)基金青年等項目，根據(jù)研究需要資助參與各類學(xué)術(shù)交流活動。
