Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University (GPNU), founded in 1957 as the Guangdong Institute for Nationalities, is a provincial higher education institution. It began granting master's degrees in 2006 and, in 2021, became a designated institution for doctoral degree programs.

C. Competitive settling-in fee and research start-up funds, fully guaranteed for settling-in and research requirements.
The university will assist in forming innovative research teams, help selected candidates apply for and obtain certification as provincial or municipal high-level talents, and provide competitive salaries and research funding. Additionally, GPNU offers a transitional apartment (two- or three-bedroom) and guarantees enrollment for children in the university-affiliated kindergarten.

一、項(xiàng)目簡(jiǎn)介
為進(jìn)一步完善科學(xué)基金人才資助體系，充分發(fā)揮科學(xué)基金引進(jìn)和培養(yǎng)人才的功能，吸引海外優(yōu)秀青年人才回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作，國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委員會(huì)實(shí)施國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）。
優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓勵(lì)在自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等方面已取得較好成績(jī)的海外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者（含非華裔外籍人才）回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作，自主選擇研究方向開展創(chuàng)新性研究，促進(jìn)青年科學(xué)技術(shù)人才的快速成長(zhǎng)，培養(yǎng)一批有望進(jìn)入世界科技前沿的優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)骨干，為科技強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。
二、申請(qǐng)條件(2025年申報(bào)條件以屆時(shí)通知為準(zhǔn))
1.優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）的申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)具備以下條件：
遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)家精神；
出生日期在
具有博士學(xué)位；
研究方向主要為自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等；
在取得博士學(xué)位后至2025年申報(bào)前，一般應(yīng)在海外高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個(gè)月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績(jī)特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求；
取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/span>
申請(qǐng)人尚未全職回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作，或者
2.限項(xiàng)要求
執(zhí)行國(guó)家科技人才計(jì)劃統(tǒng)籌銜接的相關(guān)要求。同層次國(guó)家科技人才計(jì)劃只能承擔(dān)一項(xiàng)，不能逆層次申請(qǐng)。
三、待遇及配套
學(xué)校幫助組建創(chuàng)新科研團(tuán)隊(duì)，協(xié)助入選人申請(qǐng)辦理和認(rèn)定省、市高層次人才，提供有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬和科研資助待遇，提供學(xué)校周轉(zhuǎn)房一套（兩房或三房），子女報(bào)讀學(xué)校附屬幼兒園。
