一、關于我們
福建理工大學是博士學位授予單位、福建省重點建設高校、省一流學科建設高校、省一流應用型建設高校。學校緊密圍繞海洋強國和海上福建發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，聚焦“大海工”學科方位，先后成立了“智慧海洋與工程研究院”和“智慧海洋科學技術學院”，籌建“智慧海洋產業(yè)工程院” （三院統(tǒng)稱“海洋院”）。研究院側重科學研究和技術開發(fā)，學院側重學科建設和人才培養(yǎng)，工程院側重技術轉化和成果孵化，三院一體，構建以人才培養(yǎng)為要，以產業(yè)推進為先，統(tǒng)籌推動教育鏈、人才鏈、創(chuàng)新鏈、產業(yè)鏈的深度融合。
海洋院秉持“科技強海、以工興海”的辦院宗旨，聚焦海洋智能裝備、海洋測繪技術、海洋信息技術、海洋文化與科技融合發(fā)展四個研究領域。致力于成為政產學研資用一體化的科技機構，努力建設成為海工的人才搖籃、開放的研究機構、綜合的試驗基地和產品的開發(fā)實體。
1.關于我們
海洋研究所 秉承“科學賦能海洋，工程驅動”的使命 海事進步。它側重于四個關鍵研究領域：Marine S.mart 設備， 海洋測繪技術， 海洋信息 技術，以及海洋文化與技術開發(fā)的整合。 致力于成為綜合性科研機構 政府、工業(yè)、學術、研究、資本和應用。這 研究所致力于將自己打造成海洋人才的搖籃 工程、開放式研究機構、綜合實驗基地、 以及實體產品開發(fā)。
二、招聘方向及崗位
2.1海洋智能裝備研究領域
（1）需求方向：
船舶與海洋工程、控制科學與工程、信息與通信工程、電子科學與技術、計算機科學與技術、機器人工程、機械設計與制造、水聲工程、嵌入式系統(tǒng)開發(fā)等方向，具有機械裝備設計與開發(fā)的研究經驗，立志從事水下機器人、船舶的關鍵技術研究與樣機開發(fā)。具有船舶與海洋結構物、自主無人系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的相關工作經驗者優(yōu)先。
（2）招聘崗位：

2.2 海洋測繪技術研究領域
（1）需求方向：
測繪科學與技術、計算機科學與技術、電子科學與技術、海洋測繪、水聲工程、大地測量、海圖制作、嵌入式系統(tǒng).等方向，具有測繪工程的研究經驗，立志從事海洋測繪相關教學科研工作，具有海洋測繪相關基礎理論研究、軟硬件開發(fā)的相關工作經驗者優(yōu)先。

計算機科學與技術、水聲工程、大地測量、計算機圖形學、空間數據系統(tǒng)、人工智能、軟件工程、遙感科學與應用、地理信息系統(tǒng)、大數據挖掘和應用等方向，具有海洋信息技術開發(fā)和應用工作經驗，立志從事海洋信息化的相關教學科研工作，具有海洋大數據挖掘和應用、海洋遙感應用以及地理信息系統(tǒng)相關基礎理論研究、技術開發(fā)的相關工作經驗者優(yōu)先。

依托福建省社會科學研究基地“海洋文化與科技融合發(fā)展研究中心”，下設海洋工程科技對沿海人群發(fā)展影響、海洋工程科技對海濱人居環(huán)境的影響、海洋文化與科技福建元素的挖掘與傳播三個研究方向。圍繞國家戰(zhàn)略和福建省社會經濟發(fā)展重大需求，聚集跨學科專業(yè)力量，探索海洋文化與科技相互促進機制、舉措和成效，力爭成為在國內具有影響力的海洋文化與科技融合新型研究機構。

具有與中心研究領域相關的學科、專業(yè)背景或研究經歷。

(1) Areas of Demand：
Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, Control Science and Engineering, Information and Communication Engineering, Electronics Science and Technology, Computer Science and Technology, Robotics Engineering, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Underwater Acoustics Engineering, Embedded Systems Development and related fields. Candidates with research experience in design and development of mechanical equipment, and those committed to study the key technologies and prototype development for underwater robotics and vessels, are highly encouraged to join us. And with relevant working experience in vessels and marine structure, as well as autonomous unmanned systems development are preferred.

Surveying and Mapping, Computer Science and Technology, Electronics Science and Technology, Ocean Surveying and Mapping, Underwater Acoustics Engineering, Geodetic Survey, Hydrographic Charting, Embedded Systems and related fields. Candidates with research experience in surveying engineering and determined to engage in this area are highly encouraged to join us. And with relevant working experience in basic theoretical research, software/hardware development related to marine surveying and mapping are preferred.

Computer Science and Technology, Underwater Acoustics Engineering, Geodetic Survey, Computer Graphics, Spatial Data Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering，Remote Sensing Science and Application，Geography Information System，Big Data Mining and Applicationsand related fields. Candidates with experience in the development and application of marine information technologies, and dedicated to work in this area are strongly encouraged to join us. With relevant working experience in marine big data mining and application, marine remote sensing applications, and foundational research or technical development in geographic information systems are preferred.
(2) Recruitment Positions：

Base on Research
Center for the Integration of Marine Culture and Technology Development of
Fujian Provincial Social Science Research,the following three researches have

of coastal populations and coastal living environments，the excavation and dissemination of Fujian elements in marine culture and
technology. Focusing on national strategies and the major needs of

3.Basic conditions
(1) Committed to pursuing career aligned with the principle of "Strengthening the Nation through Maritime Advancement."
(2) With a P.H.D degree or a master’s degree with senior professional titles in engineering or technology field.
(3) Possess active academic thinking, rigorous scientific spirit, strong innovative mindset and extensive management experience.
(4) Strong team collaboration skills and an awareness of industry-academia-research collaboration.
(5) Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English skill, with a record of high-quality academic publications, patents, or other notable achievements preferred.
(6) Physically and mentally healthy, generally under 50 years of age, for exceptionally outstanding candidates, the age limit may be appropriated relaxed.
(7) Retired professors from university and senior engineers from enterprises, who are capable of undertaking tasks related to talent development, project management, technological research and development, are available for full-time flexible employment.
