一、中心簡介

二、腫瘤研究所介紹
腫瘤研究所 (ICR) 是CIMR成立的第一個研究所，所長為特聘研究員
三、崗位信息
01、副研究員/助理研究員
1）崗位職責(zé)
1.在PI指導(dǎo)下獨立開展研究工作；
2.協(xié)助指導(dǎo)研究生以及撰寫研究論文和基金申請。
2）任職要求
1.獲得生命科學(xué)和生物醫(yī)學(xué)等領(lǐng)域博士學(xué)位，具有3年以上博士后研究經(jīng)歷；
2.以第一作者身份在領(lǐng)域內(nèi)主流期刊發(fā)表過研究論文；
3.具備獨立開展科研工作和指導(dǎo)研究生能力，具有科研熱情和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)認(rèn)真的科研態(tài)度；
4.有良好的英語讀寫和日常交流能力，能夠使用英文撰寫論文；
5.有細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、腫瘤免疫學(xué)、小鼠實驗?zāi)Ｐ脱芯勘尘罢咴谕葪l件下優(yōu)先考慮。
02、博士后
1）崗位職責(zé)
1.在PI指導(dǎo)下獨立開展研究工作；

03、科研助理
1）崗位職責(zé)
1.負(fù)責(zé)實驗室儀器設(shè)備的管理、維護及日常運行保障，協(xié)助PI進行日常管理工作及行政事務(wù)處理；
2.協(xié)助團隊開展課題研究，協(xié)助實驗室試劑、耗材的采購與管理。
2）任職要求
1.具有生物學(xué)、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；
2.工作積極主動，具備良好的組織能力與條理性；
3.具備良好的溝通能力和團隊協(xié)作精神；
4.具備良好的英語讀寫能力和日常交流能力；
5.具有分子生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、或動物模型實驗經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。

Open Positions
Research Associate Investigator /
Research Assistant Investigator
Main Responsibilities
a.Conduct research independently under the guidance of the PI.
b.Assist in supervising graduate students and in writing research papers and grant proposals.
Qualifications
a.PhD in life sciences, biomedical sciences, or related fields, with over 3 years of postdoctoral research experience.
b.Proven track record of first-author publications in reputable journals in the field.
c.Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and mentor graduate students, with a strong passion for scientific discovery and a solid work ethic.
d.Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and effective communication, including manuscript preparation;
e.Experience in cell biology, tumor immunology, structural biology, or mouse models is preferred but not required.
Postdoctoral Researcher
Main Responsibilities
a.Conduct independent research under the guidance of the PI.
b.Assist in supervising graduate students and in writing research papers.

Research Assistant
Main Responsibilities
a.Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, and assist the PI with lab management and administrative tasks.
b.Responsible for the procurement and organization of laboratory reagents and supplies, and provide support to other lab members in their research projects.
Qualifications
a.Bachelor's degree or higher in biology, biomedical sciences, or a related field.
b.Proactive work attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
c.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
d.Proficiency in English reading, writing, and daily communication.
e.Prior experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, or animal model studies is preferred but not required.
