一、學院概況
北京大學深圳研究生院(簡稱北大深研院)成立于2001年,由北京大學和深圳市人民政府共同創(chuàng)辦,經(jīng)過二十四年發(fā)展,依托北大、立足深圳,逐步成為扎根深圳的北京大學研究型國際化校區(qū),北京大學創(chuàng)建世界一流大學戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分。
北大深研院立足北京大學的品牌優(yōu)勢和學科實力,結(jié)合深圳的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,以“前沿領(lǐng)域、交叉學科、應用學術(shù)、國際標準”為辦學方針,以服務深圳及國家戰(zhàn)略需求為目標導向,布局和搶占科學發(fā)展制高點,努力營造良好、寬松、自由、穩(wěn)定的學科發(fā)展氛圍,培育促進重大成果產(chǎn)生的土壤,鼓勵原始創(chuàng)新的不斷涌現(xiàn)。形成以學院為支撐、以重點實驗室和重大創(chuàng)新工程等重大平臺為依托,深耕人才培養(yǎng)與科技創(chuàng)新。
目前,北大深研院現(xiàn)有在校研究生3700余人;涵蓋7個學科門類,16個一級學科,設有8個學院。
人文社科學院是北大深研院八個下屬學院之一,是北京大學在深圳的一個多學科平臺,為人文社科類各專業(yè)在南方進行科研、教學、跨學科交流合作等提供支持和服務。在目前新一輪學科建設中,人文社科學院將建成涵蓋全日制辦學、思政課教學、通識教育、特色培訓和人文實驗室等多方面的交叉型文科教學科研平臺。目前人文社科學院承擔深研院全日制研究生公共英語、對外漢語等語言類課程教學任務。現(xiàn)公開招聘英語教師2名。
二、招聘崗位和要求
(一)英語教師
1、招聘人數(shù):1人
2、崗位職責:主要承擔研究生英語教學和留學生對外漢語教學任務;參與學院的建設工作,承擔部分行政和學生管理工作等。
3、崗位要求:
【教學副教授】
(1)具有良好的思想政治素質(zhì)和道德品質(zhì)、學術(shù)道德和職業(yè)精神。
(2)國內(nèi)外知名大學英語語言文學、翻譯學或相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè),具有應用語言學背景者優(yōu)先。
(3)具有博士學位,具有副教授職稱。
(4)具有堅實的理論基礎和系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)知識與技能,有豐富教學經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
(5)有國內(nèi)外代表性科研成果發(fā)表,學術(shù)水平優(yōu)秀,有顯著的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?/span>
(6)有熱情和能力承擔教學科研工作。
【講師】
(1)具有良好的思想政治素質(zhì)和道德品質(zhì)、學術(shù)道德和職業(yè)精神。
(2)國內(nèi)外知名大學英語語言文學、翻譯學或相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè),具有應用語言學背景者優(yōu)先。
(3)原則上需具有博士學位;具有碩士學位的需具有3年以上中國高校任教經(jīng)驗。
(4)具有堅實的理論基礎和系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)知識與技能,有豐富教學經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
(5)有國內(nèi)外代表性科研成果發(fā)表,學術(shù)水平優(yōu)秀,有顯著的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?/span>
(6)有熱情和能力承擔教學科研工作。
(二)外籍英語教師(講師)
1、招聘人數(shù):1人
2、崗位職責:主要承擔研究生英語教學,和語言中心(language center)相關(guān)工作;參與學院的一些行政工作。
3、崗位要求:
(1) 遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī),符合來華工作許可要求;愿意遵守學校的各項規(guī)章制度,具有良好的道德品質(zhì)、學術(shù)道德和職業(yè)精神。
(2) 母語為英語。具備純正的英語發(fā)音和流利的表達能力。
(3) 專業(yè)為英語教育、語言學、文學、教育學或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域。
(4) 原則上需具有博士學位;具有碩士學位的需具有3年以上在中國從事語言教學工作的經(jīng)驗。深入了解英語國家文化、歷史、社會習俗等,具備出色的聽說讀寫能力,能夠承擔研究生綜合英語、英語口語、英語聽力、英語寫作、英語閱讀等課程教學。
(5) 持有國際認可的英語教學資格證書,如TESOL、TEFL、CELTA等。
(6) 有熱情和能力承擔教學科研工作。

(2) Graduated from a renowned domestic or international university major in English Language and Literature, Translation Studies, or related field. candidates with a background in Applied Linguistics are desirable.
(3) doctorate degree and the title of Associate Professor.
(4) Possesses a solid theoretical foundation and systematic professional knowledge and skills, with a preference for candidates with extensive teaching experience.
(5) Published representative academic achievements both domestically and internationally.academic excellence with significant development potential
(6) Have the enthusiasm and capability to undertake teaching and research responsibilities.
【Lecturer】

2. Responsibilities: primary focus on postgraduate English teaching and Language Center-related work; engage in some administrative work.
3. requirements:

(3)Major in English education, linguistics, literature, pedagogy or related fields.
(4) In principle, a doctorate degree is required; candidates with a master
